For three decades, my calling has been to develop a new paradigm that can create the change we need. This purpose has driven my work as a CEO myself for much of this time, and through working with thousands of leaders over the years, continuously exploring and revealing how to understand, create and improve all forms of Collaborations and Relationships, fostering mindset transformation via an organizing principle and tangible tools.
Through this journey, I've developed and implemented foundational elements: Architecture of Collaboration, Collaboration Intelligence, Dialogue based Negotiation, Effective Mediation Process, and Managing Trust Model.


As an expert consultant, I lead processes in complex settings, in and between organizations, communities and sectors, mainly working with managements and leaders in fields of Collaboration, Trust, Negotiation, Mediation and Consensus Building. I am also the head of the Negotiation training in the Leadership Executive Program at Tel-Aviv University, taught at Reichman University and Ben Gurion University, was the initiator and CEO of Gevim Group and was a founding partner of the Gome-Gevim Group.
